Sandy Bay Cleanskin Victoria Premium Pinot Noir 2010

Tasting Notes: These Pinot Noir are made from fruit grown in the mountain ranges of Victoria. The fruit has been carefully selected to maximise the characters and quality of Pinot Noir. After a warm, dry growing season this Pinot Noir was picked at optimum maturity. In order to capture the complexity of varietal characters and balance, a combination of winemaking techniques have been used including cold maceration before fermentation, also the use of whole bunches. This wine is made for immediate enjoyment and will develop over the next 3-4 years.
